Brand new luxury 4 bedroom detached villa with own private pool, 3 terraces, air conditioning to 3 of the bedrooms and lounge, large sun roof terace with barbeque and full sea views over AKBUK bay.
The villa also has a basement with a sofa bed (just the job if your husband snores)
1 en-suite shower room and 1 full bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, Large lounge with satellite tv, dvd player and 5.1 surround sound system, 2 leather sofas which pull out into 2 double beds, dining table seating six people. 6 Bamboo lounge chairs and large oval table, 6 sunloungers, 6 garden chairs and table.
The villa has mosquito netting and security shutters plus an alarm system, in fact it will be your home from home with all the comforts that your used to while you are on holiday.Area Description
AKBUK is a small quite, peacefull, picturesque coastal village set in a bay on the beautiful aegean coast and is full of charm and is known by the locals as one of the areas with healing air from the pine trees and vegitation, where there are some lovely beach front restaurants, snack bars catering for all tastes and a few bars.
Traditionally a fishing and market village the small boats still bring their daily catch into the harbour where you can buy the fresh fish caught that day.
It has one of the biggest markets in the area on a friday serving both locals and tourists alike and boasts a variety of stalls selling inexspensive clothes,housewares,linens, souvenirs, fruit and vegatables and much much more where bantering is the order of the day.
There are shops in the village for your needs such as a mini markets, pharmacy, hairdressers, car hire and souvenirs.
Lively Altinkum is approx 10 miles away which has plenty of night life, bars, shopping, water park and architectural sites easily reached by the dolmus bus for approx £1.20p per person.
You can go fishing off the small harbour or off the beach.
There are superb uncrowded beaches just a few minutes walk from the villa in fact this is one of the most idylic resorts on the aegean coast.
Bodrum airport is approximately 60 minuites away buy car or bus (depending on traffic).Transport
A car would be useful
The local dolmus buses run about every 30 mins 25 mtrs from the villa and costs aprox £1.20p per journey plus there are boat trips from the harbour which is approx 200mtrs walk, which go to bodrum, altinkum and other resorts, and taxis are also available in the town. As from April 2006 British Airways are flying to Izmir (which is approx an hour and a half away) 4 times a week for around £150.00 return per person. Or you can get a flight into Bodrum from one of the tour operators which is about 1hr away. I will arrange transfers from the airport for you if you wish.| Property Features and Restrictions |
